Interwoven Hush

Dreadful it is,
The storm that bellows within me,
Yet quietness my posture sits.
Dare to look into the yellow of my eyes,
There you’ll find the woman cloaked in black,
Tattooed with her mantra,
“I believe in monsters, they sit within us all.”
Terrible wonders lie neath’ the stillness of my ocean,
Time will foretell
The storm will erupt.
Quietness will no longer take my stance,
No longer will I be part of a malediction of an interwoven hush.
The mantra will come to play.
